SUKKUR, Nov 9: Two rice dealers were kidnapped by a group of armed bandits near Tando Masti on Sunday.

As the rice dealers, Asif Bhutto and Ghulam Mohammad Bhutto, were coming here in a car, three persons, posing as CIA officials, intercepted them near Ranipur.

Telling the traders that they had been involved in an accident, they sat in the car.

After some distance, as the car neared Tando Masti, the bandits overpowered the dealers and their driver who was later thrown out.

They were reported to have fled towards the Kutcha Area, taking the rice dealers with them.—Correspondent
