I am sure Imran Khan would have told Afridi to lead from the front. His promotion upper on the ladder proved good for him and also for the team. Good job Pakistan.

Do not give credit where it is not due! Afridi was not the inspiration behind this win but rather Ahmad Shehzad and Hafeez were! They set it up for their to be a big score so that later batsmen can come and play without pressure. Thanks.

Well done Hafeez, Shezad and Amir. We need you to win the next game for sure. You are a better side but you need to withstand the psychological tricks indians try to play to unnerve you all.

@Worth_Commenting disagree completely. While I enjoyed Shehzad's and Hafeez's innings too, those were not as delightful as Afridi's. Besides, seeing Afridi getting back his form reignites the hope of Pakistan's chance of winning this tournament.

@Worth_Commenting not true, w/o Afridi's knock Bangladesh could have made a match of it. All are important components of the innings, and although Shehzad got to a 50 score, his hit percentage for big shots is really low and he was mostly not middling the ball or not having enough drive to hit every ball out of the park. Hafeez's performance is reassuring so I take back my criticism of professor but they still need caution on playing shehzad against india, i highly recommend Khalid Latif takes over from shehzad. also a simple catch this shehzad dropped! so really we need to reconsider shehzad selection
