BARSANA: Some 130km from New Delhi, villagers celebrated Holi, also known as the festival of colours, on March 16, 2016.
During the Holi festival, the women of Barsana, the legendary hometown of Radha, consort of Hindu God Krishna, attack the men from Nandgaon, the hometown of Hindu God Krishna, with wooden sticks in response to their efforts to put colour on them.
Villagers throw colour at each other, dance, and distribute sweets.

God did not create the Universe in black and white. But many people live their lives in black and white and do not celebrate colors.
Holy should be a universal festival.
