Pakistan defeated India by two runs in a riveting contest which was decided on DL method on Saturday.

Sana Mir's side were 77/6, requiring 20 runs off 24 balls before heavy showers stopped play.

Pakistan, who were rattled by India with three wickets in 10 balls, were 2 runs ahead on DL method and persistent rain meant they ended up on the winning side after the cut-off time.

Pakistan women team splendid victory specially against India.Credit goes to every players including team management.I have some common and critical observation i felt about our women cricket team .They are very confident and have potential to manage pressure in such a difficult condition.They have abilities to get advantage from opponent team weakness.They have proof it,they can represent his country and gave tremendous pleasure to every Pakistani.I suggest ,our men cricket team must learnt some techniques from our women team.

I watched the whole game in US. It was a treat to watch. Pakistan would have won even without D/L. Great under pressure batting!! Take some lessons from the women's team captaincy.. Afridi!! I am thinking we will win the cup.
