BAHAWALPUR: Prince Falahuddin Abbasi died in London on Saturday.

Prince Falahuddin, 68, was a younger brother of Nawab Salahuddin Abbasi and son of the late Nawab Muhammad Abbas Abbasi, a former governor of Punjab who was a grandson of Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan Abbasi.

According to reports, Falahuddin Abbasi was suffering from cancer and was under treatment for the

last one year in the UK. He leaves behind a widow.
