Pakistan may have ended their 2016 U-19 World Cup campaign at the fifth spot but they were successful in unearthing several future stars. With 293 runs and 11 wickets in six matches, Hasan Mohsin was undoubtedly the find of the tournament.
Mohsin, who started off as a legspinner, has now transformed into a match-winning all-rounder and has his sights set firmly on spot in the Pakistan side.

Let's hope the PCB recognizes the talent and nurtures it rather than burying it due to nepotism.

@HUMAN.. Yes Sarfaraz is the captain but you remember what he has to go through during World Cup and other series. There's no doubt hardships for Karachi players getting in the team and keeping the position.

@toda.
brother i will normally side with you as i also belong to one of the small province conveniently neglected at resource sharing time however there are others powers at play in PCB, provincial rivalry/blessedness may be part of it but it is not the whole picture.....nepotism, shortsightedness,incompetent and out of touch with modern cricket administration methods is the real reason..

very composed and very mature at this young age. He knows and he also listen to the right folks. He has right head on his shoulders and I wish him best luck to come good for Pakistan and if he is playing under surfraz, he needs to promote him as part of his duty.

I saw his inning. he is impressive.
Please include him now. Do not treat him as Sarfraz Ahmed, Fawad Alam, Anwar Ali
Sarfraz and Anwar were the hero of Under 19 2006 world cup. But they make perm slot in team after 10 years. What a shame?

he needs to play first class cricket for a year or so, before hoping for an entry to the national side!
