LARKANA: Larkana and Qambar-Shahdadkot districts sizzled 46 degrees Celsius on Monday forcing people to remain indoors to escape a heatstroke.
Vehicular traffic on intercity routes as well as within the cities and towns remained thin from dawn to dusk and water parks, swimming pools and canals witnessed extraordinary crowds.
The Larkana and Moenjodaro airport Met offices said the wind direction was south to north.
