Telenor hosts Pakistan’s first-ever digital festival
Telenor Pakistan’s first ever digital festival was held on May 15, 2016 – a major step taken towards becoming the most preferred digital lifestyle partner.
The telecom industry in Pakistan is going through a digital transition; in times like these businesses need a platform to showcase digital solutions, innovative products and services. This not only allows customers to identify opportunities and raise awareness, but also makes them more tech savvy.
Telenor took its first step as a digital service provider way back in 2009 with the launch of Easy Paisa. The service is now used by millions of people across Pakistan.
Sharing his thoughts on the future, Irfan Wahab Khan, Deputy CEO & CMO at Telenor Pakistan, said “We have always been at the forefront of offering cutting edge technology and next generation solutions to our valued customers. Going forward these efforts will only broaden, strengthen and be geared towards enhancement of internet adoption among the wider community – in line with our vision to bring internet for all.”
The Digital Festival 2016 celebrated new and innovative digital solutions by Telenor Pakistan.
