KARACHI: Pakistan on Thursday matches their lowest-ever FIFA ranking when they fell to 192 in the latest standings issued by the world’s football governing body.

Pakistan fell two places from 190 last month, matching their position from May 2001.

The game in the country has suffered over the last year with the Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) having split into two factions following a bitter dispute ahead of the presidential election in June last year.
