MURREE: Two people including the principal accused were arrested in the teacher’s murder case, police said on Friday. After their arrest the police presented them in a court and got a four-day physical remand.
Before surrendering to the police, the principal accused told reporters that he was not present in the village at the time of murder so his involvement in the case was out of question. He offered his mobile phone record to verify his claim.
DSP Murree Raza Khan, while talking to reporters, said all aspects of the case were being investigated to reach to the fact. He said after detailed investigation they would reach the bottom of the case.
The teacher was allegedly set on fire by four persons at Deval Village of Murree on Tuesday. In her dying statement she gave the name of the accused to police in the hospital.
