SUKKUR, Nov 28: Six armed men shot dead three women and a girl over a matrimonial dispute in the Chakkar Khan Gabol village, Ghotki district, on Wednesday.

The six men barged into the house of one Atta Mohammad Gabol and opened fire as a result of which the three women — Mukhtaran, Mai Bhagi and Inayatan — and Momal, 10, were killed on the spot.

Atta Mohammad Gabol, father of the women killed, lodged a case against the six accused — Jan Mohammad Gabol, Din Mohammad Gabol, Gulro Gabol (all sons of Umeed Ali Gabol), Khan Mohammad Gabol, Ghulam Mohammad, and Mumtaz Gabol (all sons of Din Mohammad Gabol) — at the Mirpur Mathelo police station.

However, nobody had been arrested till the filing of this report.
