LAHORE: A final round to rid the country of “corrupt” rulers is about to begin and the path to people’s rule is round the corner.

This was stated by Pakistan Awami Tehreek Chairman Dr Tahirul Qadri while discussing the political situation with Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rashid here on Friday.

He said the people should get ready for giving a final push to the already falling walls of power. He said the rope was tightening around the necks of the rulers in the Model Town case and Panama Leaks. He said this time the rulers would not escape the wrath of the Almighty.

Sheikh Rashid was quoted as saying that the people were now sick of the “corrupt” rulers and wanted to remove them at the earliest.

He said this time the rulers would not find any place to hide. He said the longer these rulers stayed, the deeper the crisis would get.

Both the leaders condemned the terrorist attacks in Saudi Arabia. They said every Pakistani holds Saudi Arabia and its citizens in the highest esteem and respect.
