TURBAT, situated on the edge of the Kech River, is a major city. However, its residents are faced with many challenges and hurdles in their day-to-day life.
Power shortage is a big problem. Lack of adequate electricity isn’t a problem only for for businessmen, it also creates hurdles for students in the pursuit of their education who find it impossible to study in the hot days of summer without electricity.
Furthermore, citizens are facing agony because of extensive load shedding of 10 to 15 hours a daily. Wapda has made a mess of the electricity supply. The authorities should look into the problem.
