Imagine someone uber-gorgeous celebrating her birthday with a lot of oomph and hoopla, and an important guest doesn’t turn up. Well, you don’t have to imagine it, it actually happened.  On July 16, Katrina Kaif celebrated her 33rd birthday with fanfare but Salman Khan (her ex-boyfriend, in case you don’t remember) did not show up.

Mind you, he was invited. But that day, Sallu mian was busy attending another birth anniversary, that of his sister Arpita’s father-in-law’s. Those who are close to Katrina K say that the actress was pretty upset with the Sultan of Bollywood’s conspicuous absence. Hmm… so the fire is still there, only the smoke has dissipated.
