KARACHI: Bahadur Club stormed back in the post interval session to thump Karachi Colts Club 44-39 in the Independence Day basketball tournament at Arambagh floodlit court on Thursday night.

Trailing 17-24 at breather, Bahadur Club put their act together to turn the tables on opponents.

Wasti, Faraz and Adnan were outstanding for winners scoring 12, 11 and nine points respectively.

Though Jazib scored 14 but could not help his team win the match. He was supported by Safeer 11 and Huzaifa eight.

In another match, Talha Amjad scored 20 points to steer Nishtar Club to 43-36 victory over Bounce Club.

Ali and Shabbar scored eight and seven points respectively for winners. Zia, Taha and Atif scored seven, six and five for losers.
