KARACHI: Eibad Sarwar, Parbad Kumar and Fahad Haider overcame their rivals on the opening day of the 4th Indus Pharma Open National Tennis which commenced at the Karachi Club on Saturday. However, the formal opening ceremony of the tournament had to postponed due to rains in the city during afternoon. The ceremony will now be held on Sunday.

U-18: Eibad Sarwar Hussain Khan bt Musab Umair 6-0, 6-1; Talha Sohail bt Waqas Ahmed 6-3, 6-1; Parbad Kumar bt Ali Azher 6-4, 6-3; Mazhar Hayat bt Mirza Mirza Ahmed Usama 6-4, 7-5.

U-16: Kailash Ali bt Erhan Mir 6-2, 6-2; Fahad Haider bt Abdullah Khan 6-0, 6-1.
