LAHORE: Police on Monday arrested Ghulam Rasool, the main accused in the murder case of Sumaira, woman whose body was found in a suitcase dumped in a nullah near Pakistan Telegraph Colony last week.
The accused is a resident of Lahore's Bargrian area, according to Superintendent Police Central Investigative Agency Raja Basharat.
Sumaira, a 20-25-year-old woman, was found with her throat slit and her body folded into a suitcase.
Further investigations are being carried out by the police.
