Lawlessness hits Sukkur

SUKKUR: The Sukkur Shehri Ittehad have representation of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-F, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, Pakistan Muslim League-Functional, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf, Jeay Sindh Mahaz, Jeay Sindh Tehreek, Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz, Sindh National Front, Pakistan Peoples Party-Shaheed Bhutto and other parties, groups and organisations held an emergency meeting here on Wednesday to discuss the constantly rising graph of criminal activities in the district.

Presided over by Maulana Ubedullah Bhutto of the JUI-F, the meeting urged the government to take urgent measures to check crime and excesses by policemen.
