KARACHI: The City School PAF beat Happy Home School while Shamsi School and Aga Khan Kharadar schools also overcame their respective rivals on the opening day of the fifth Boys Throwball Tournament at the City School PAF campus on Monday.

Twenty teams from various schools and colleges are competing in the three-day tournament which has been organised by the Sindh Throwball Federation. Simon Gillson, Principal City School PAF Chapter, was the chief guest at the opening ceremony and declared the event open. Also present on the occasion were Maqbool Arain, general secretary Asian Throwball and PTF and Raiz Ahmed, secretary of the Pakistan Netball Federation.

Results:

City School PAF beat Happy Home School, Society Campus 2-0

Wales College beat Army Public School B 2-0

Happy Home School Society Campus beat Aga Khan Kharadar B 2-0

Shamsi School beat Sadequain School 2-0

Aga khan Kharadar A beat Army Public School 2-0

City School PAF Chapter C beat Sadequain School 2-0

Army Public School B beat The Smart School 2-0

Wales College beat Happy Home Shool 2-0.
