A female beautician, allegedly raped in the Barhth area of Sialkot, is fighting for her life after being critically injured in the assault.

The alleged rapist slit her throat after the assault.

A First Information Report (FIR) was registered with the police, filed by the sister of the victim, accuses Adnan Bhutta for raping female beautician and slicing her throat afterwards in an attempt to hide is crime.

The FIR filed further alleges that Shakoor Bhutta, Qayyum Bhutta and Rauf Bhutta came to the victim's house requiring the services of a beautician for the marriage ceremonies of the accused, Adnan Bhutta and his sisters.

While returning from the marriage ceremony, Adnan Bhutta allegedly raped the victim and tried to kill her by slicing her throat.

The accused allegedly threw the victim on the road after the assault.

The victim was rushed to Government Allama Iqbal Memorial Teaching Hospital Sialkot where she is in critical condition.

The sister of the victim has also accused the police for not arresting Adnan Bhutta as he hails from an influential family.

Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif had taken the notice of the incident and ordered the District Police Officer (DPO) Dr. Abid to investigate and arrest the accused.
