I believe Pakistan Army is one of the best army in the world. General may come and go but our army policies, as an institution would always remain the same i.e. to eliminate terrorism including financial terrorism, corruption, to keep peace in Karachi, Quetta and the remaining part of the country and to defend the country from outside enemies. Pakistan Army Zindabad, Pakistan paindabad.

He is a public servant and the performance should be viewed as such. Come on Sir, do the job you are supposed to do, have lots of hope, and best wishes.

General Bajwa must keep military out of political affairs. Best policy is all constitutional institutions work under constitutional framework without interfere and trespassing others boundaries. Politicas must be left with politicians and internal and external defense must be dealt by Armed forces.

Hope the new General would do the great Job in keeping peace in Pakistan and all the boarders shared by Pakistan. If Peace prevails, which will help Pakistan grow economically and in turn it will help the region.

I think general Bajwa's alocation as a chief of army is absolutely a correct decision . To a extent i know littlebit about this general , he is a competant and and souns soldier any inshAllah he will discharge his duties as a soldier in a bifitting manner .

This is very best decision by civil forces to go for general Bajwa as a new millitary commander . I hope generalBajwa will take the lagecy of general Raheel tenure . InshaAalah general Bajwa will dicharge his duties as a professional soldier in a befitting manner .

I hope he will be good for Pakistan and Pak Army in future. His body language shows a great manner of general. I think he use Pakistan army in positive way and also do good work forPakistan.

@sheryaar There is a constitution according to which every institution works. It is not the job of the army to eliminate corruption. Further, politicians are not the only one's who are corrupt. We have bad eggs in every institution, including military. You should look towards the Superior Courts and the Media to eliminate and highlight corruption. Finally, there should also be no holy cows, like Musharraf. If Nawaz is being tried in the highest court of the country, then why is Musharraf being supported by an institution

Congrats General Bajwa. Good for you. Congrats Nawaz Sharif. Good for you. I, though, honestly feel sad that General Raheel left when he was so near to eliminate terrorism and its link with corruption and now fear the return of the troubling old days and the signs of unrest are becoming evident. For me the only ideal solution is that General Bajwa intensifies the operations started by General Raheel and take those operations to their logical conclusions very soon.

70-79% not bad I wish we knew about the History in such a way as well.

GEN Bajwa is thorough professional soldier, better equiped to handel affairs of army than many of his predecessors, we wish him the best and suggest him to remain apolitical.

Changes in Generals means not to change the overall matters of Army, Our pak army has its own system and it is not run by one person, so many factors, persons, departments and off-course the elected government policies too may bring change in a country, so we hope that Bajwa will continue the mission of Gen. Raheel. although Gen. Raheel was more popular and he should be because of his tremendous work but soon Gen. Bajwa will be dominent.
