KARACHI: The top four seeds, as expected, propelled into the men’s semi-finals, registering straight victories over their opponents in the Sindh ranking squash tournament circuit-1, which commenced at the Jahangir Khan Squash Complex, PSB Coaching Centre on Saturday.

The event is being organised by the Sindh Squash Association in collaboration with the “Sports for Life”.

Top seed Noman whipped Kabeer 11-1, 11-9, 11-5 while second seed Sikandar Khan was home 11-3, 11-3, 11-5 against Abdullah. Third seed Mahad accounted for Awais 11-5, 12-10, 11-6 while fourth seed Ali Imran disposed off Fawad 11-6, 11-8, 11-5.

Anam Aziz and Meryal Sheikh also advance into womens’ semis after conjurin up straight victories. The former coasted to 11-3, 11-5, 11-2 victory over Maria Saleem while the latter defeated Fehmina Asim 11-8, 13-11, 11-7.
