Here are a few interesting records from this year’s edition of Guinness World Records 2017 to give you a taste of the awesomeness filled in these pages.

• Kathryn Ratcliffe of United Kingdom holds the record of eating most M&M’S in one minute with chopsticks. He ate 65 M&M’S.

• Benedikt Weber of Germany holds the record of drinking a bottle of ketchup in 32.37 seconds. The bottle was of (396 g/13.9 oz).

 • Stephen Dechert II of United States of America holds the record of drinking one litre of lemon juice through a straw. The time taken was 24.41 seconds.

 • Ken Kovach of United States of America holds the record of most rotations of hula hoops while on a trampoline in one minute. He rotated hula hoops 130 times on a trampoline.

 • Thaneswar Guragai of Nepal holds the record of most bounces of basketball in one minute. He bounced the basket ball 444 times in a minute.

• Ruben Alcaraz of Spain holds the record of longest time spinning basketball on one finger (using one hand). She spined the balls for 10 min 33 seconds.

 • John Farnworth of United Kingdom holds the record of most “around the world” tricks in one minute. He did it 85 times in a minute.

• Feliks Zemdegs of Austria holds the record of solving the Rubik’s cube with one hand in less time. He solved the Rubik’s cube in 6.88 seconds.

• Kaijun Lin of China holds the record of solved the Rubik’s cube blindfolded in less time. He took 21.05 seconds to solve it.

• Deepak Sharma Bajagain of Nepal holds the record of controlling the ping-pong ball on table tennis bat for the longest time. She controlled the ball for 4 hour 39 minute and 52 seconds.

 • Joe Ayoob and John Collins (both of United States of America) holds the record of farthest flight of paper aircraft. The paper aircraft went 69.14 metre (226 ft/10 inches).
