QUETTA: A police constable was gunned down late on Monday in the Joint Road area.
Police said Constable Naveed Ahmed was passing through the area when assailants on a motorcycle sprayed bullets resulting in his instant death.
The murderers made good their escape while the cause of the killing could not be ascertained.
Police shifted the body to the Civil Hospital.
