HYDERABAD: A division bench of the Sindh High Court Hyderabad circuit has ruled against collecting toll from people living within a distance of five kilometres from the entry point of 60km-long Hyderabad-Mirpurkhas dual carriageway built under public-private partnership.
The ruling is part of a 64-page judgement authored by Justice Salahuddin Panhwar.
A bench comprising Justice Salahuddin Panhwar and Justice Mohammad Iqbal Mahar had heard arguments of parties, including interveners, in the case in November last year and had reserved its judgement.
