LAHORE: On the invitation of Dar Hockey Academy, Lahore, Government High School, Gatti, Faisalabad will play a three-match series with them at the National Hockey Stadium from Jan 20 to 22.
Holding a rich tradition of hockey, the Government High School’s team is regarded the strongest school hockey side in Faisalabad district.
They won the district inter-school championship almost every year during the last decade.
The school also takes pride in its players who went on to represent Pakistan in international hockey. Olympian Adnan Maqsood is among those.
