FAISALABAD: The players of two kabaddi teams got into fistfight on Friday at the Iqbal Stadium.

Dhillon Club and Sher-i-Punjab Club were the finalists at the third inter-club kabaddi tournament.

People said that during the match, some players from either side started thrashing each other over the issue of points. Some officials also joined the fight which disrupted the match for 15 minutes.

The management got the match resumed but soon players got into fight which forced the management to conclude the match declaring the Dhillon Club winner by 44-38.

DC Salman Ghani distributed prizes among the players. Security arrangements were poor which prompted the fans to enter the stadium.
