Pakistani film Mah-i-Mir, written by Sarmad Sehbai and directed by Anjum Shahzad, continues to make waves on the international circuit. Starring Fahad Mustafa and Iman Ali, it was recently shown at the Rajasthan Adult Education Association which is the second venue for the Jaipur International Film Festival 2017. It is, for sure, a healthy sign, especially given the fact that the relationship between Pakistan and India is tense. Such cultural exchanges should help ease tensions to a great extent. Also, Mir is a poet equally revered on both sides of the Wagah border.
