Go-bag

Noun (North American)

Definition: A bag packed with essential items, kept ready for use in the event of an emergency evacuation of one’s home.

Examples:

• “On his car’s backseat, Jack bulges his 50-lb. go-bag.”

• “He saw the bag they’d termed as Maria’s ‘go-bag’ since her infancy, in front of him.”

• “We will need Maria’s go-bag.”
