KARACHI: St Patrick’s High School easily defeated City School Darakhshan Campus by six wickets to clinch the eighth Ian Fyfe Memorial Inter-school T20 Cricket League title here the other day.

Batting first, City School made 125-7 with opener Abdulla Aziz scoring 44 from 37 balls.

Saad Basit and Ghazanfar Khan both claimed two wickets apiece, conceding 19 and 32 runs, respectively.

St Patrick’s, in reply, knocked off the required runs with nine deliveries to spare. Salman Khan struck 30 off 28 balls, while sharing an unbroken partnership of 44 with Haider Hussain (18 off 15 balls).
