This is an easy and very nutritious recipe for breakfast or anytime when you want something cooked up in a jiffy. Besides the ingredients that have been used here, you can add anything you want or find in the fridge — the only constants this recipe needs are egg and milk. The quantity can be increased or decreased according to your individual taste too.

Ingredients

• 2 eggs

• 6 tablespoon milk

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp black pepper

• 2 tablespoon carrots

• 2 tablespoon spring onions, you can use regular onions too

• 2 tablespoon chicken chunks

• 2 tablespoon grated cheese

• 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup

Method:

Break the eggs directly into the mug you are going to use for cooking. Add salt, carrots, spring onions, chicken and cheese. Lastly put some ketchup on top and cook in the microwave for two minutes.

And your egg muffin is ready ... cooking can’t get easier and faster than this!
