Mr Bean stars in Chinese film Top Funny Comedian: The Movie

In Mr Bean’s Holiday, Mr Rowan Atkinson went on a meandering journey around France, but his latest vacation has taken him to China where he’s using an iPhone to snap ornate sculptures.

Top Funny Comedian: The Movie sees a group of four men and a woman venture to Macau where one of them gets lost, requiring the other four to save them. Due to Atkinson being unable to speak Mandarin, the cast used mainly body language to speak to each other, co-star Guo Degang saying, according to The Beijinger: “[We communicated] just with facial expressions and gestures. We seemed to understand each other. It was a really interesting experience, which proves that comedy can cross boundaries.”

The movie is releasing in China and expected to be a box-office hit.

All time favourite Ducktales is getting a reboot

Disney XD also announced that the Ducktales series has been picked up for a second season. The first season is scheduled to launch this summer.

Matt Youngberg is executive producer on the show, with Francisco Angones serving as story editor and co-producer, and Sean Jimenez as art director.

The original Ducktales, which ran for 100 episodes starting in 1987, was a well-produced show for its time and helped usher in a new era of higher quality TV animation during the 1990s.

Here comes Gru’s twin brother, Dru!

Gru meets his long-lost twin brother Dru in the second trailer for Despicable Me 3.

The clip features the former super villain, voiced by Steve Carell. Jobless after he is fired from the Anti-Villain League for being unable to capture new antagonist Balthazar Bratt (Trey Parker), Gru’s fortunes seem to change once he is reunited with Dru — also voiced by Carell — who lives in a fancy mansion that contains an evil layer filled with a number of gadgets and a rocket-powered car.

Dru — who resembles Gru with a full-head of blonde hair — convinces his reformed brother to continue his family’s legacy and return to a life of crime.

The final scene features the brothers suiting up for one last heist as Gru and Dru attempt to scale a large building located in the middle of the ocean.

Directed by Pierre Coffin, Kyle Balda and Eric Gullion and also starring a returning Kristen Wiig as Gru’s wife Lucy Wilde, along with their adopted kids voiced by Miranda Cosgrove, Dana Gaier and Nev Scharrel, Despicable Me 3 arrives in theatres on June 30.
