DADU: Arrangements were finalised for a big public meeting of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf at Pipri to be held on Saturday.

PTI chairman Imran Khan and several other central leaders are expected to address party workers at the rally.

Former Sindh chief minister Liaquat Ali Jatoi, who has recently joined the PTI, visited the venue of the public meeting along with former senator Sadaqat Ali Jatoi and former district nazim Karim Ali Jatoi on Friday.

Speaking to local reporters Liaquat Jatoi said that 200,000 chairs would be available at the Pipri ground for participants in the meeting.

In reply to a question, he said the prime minister should prefer to step down over appearing before a joint investigation team.

He said the Saturday event would mark the launch of the struggle in Sindh.
