PESHAWAR: The Federal Investigation Agency claimed on Wednesday that it did not have proof of a PTI councillor and the prime accused in the Mashal Khan lynching case fleeing the country.
Earlier, there were reports in the social media that Arif Mardanvi had escape to Thailand with the backing of a PTI lawmaker.
However, sources in the FIA said that they did not have record of Arif leaving the country. A source told Dawn that a passport issued on Arif’s identity card number 16101-7278427-5 had expired in 2016.
The source said that no new passport had been issued to the identity card number. The source said that the accused might have gone abroad illegally.

Sounds like propaganda against PTI. But if there is even an ounce of truth in this accusation; Imran needs to jump in. His honot is on the line here.

Hats off to PTI commitment for Justice to Meshal Khan and sad stats of affairs of KP where tall claims were made that Police department is be best in the WORLD. Dear IK this mob justice in KP or in any part of Pakistan is far more bigger threat for us for our country than this so called rigging and Panama issue.

@Sameer Well what solid has been done in Parliament to make sure that such type of incident does not occur again in any part of country? Is there any debate any awareness campaign in any part of country? PTI is so good on social media but may be I miss something as I am not able to see anything? Just doing one camera session and then go back to normal business is not justice to Meshal and it will never make sure that such type of incidents do not occur again? Sorry but our politicians took refugee in PANAMA to save them from taking critical steps for legislation and do some justice to MESHAL and Pakistan

Drag him back and charge him, nobody is above the law and if anyone from the PTI has helped him charge them too.
