The responsibility of kids

Parents and teachers play an important role in society. Parents bring up the children and teachers groom and educate them.

Kids also have a responsibility — to behave, serve, love and care for their parents.

Parents spend all their money on their children’s education and career, just to see them become a successful person. It is thus the responsibility of us, the children, to love, care and serve our teachers as well as parents in return of their untiring efforts.

Life is actually an exam

A simple word to describe life is exam. And this world serves as an examination hall. However, the only difference between life and exam is that in a classroom, it is the teacher who teaches the lesson first and then takes the test, therefore students have some idea what and how their exam will be.

But in case of life, it first takes our test and then teaches the lesson. So people have no idea about how and what their exam will be.

God has given us this life and made some basic rules to live it peacefully. If a person has done good deeds, they will be rewarded according to their deeds, but in case of bad deeds, there is punishment. So people should always do good with others and never hurt or discourage anyone.

My failure

This is with reference to the story time “My failure” by Awais N. Bahar (YW, April 15). I liked the story and agree with the writer’s views.

It is easy to quote someone’s words, but it is too difficult to follow those words.

The story depicted the plight of a boy who took education for granted but his friend’s words opened his eyes to the fact that he is wasting his time and taking his studies so lightly.

The story is also a lesson to all those kids who take education and academic life very easy and fret only when the examination time arrives. It is always good to study at the right time and not leave it for the next day.

Wonder crafts

This is regarding the Wonder craft “3D sign gift topper” by Asif Ali (YW, May13). The gift topper was really interesting and looked so appealing to the eye.

It was a great idea to decorate any present for any occasion as it looked so unique and can make any ordinary present too attractive. I really like this section as it always brings something pretty interesting that we wait for eagerly.

The day I can never forget

This is regarding the story “The day I can never forget” by Muhammad Ibrahim Shafi (YW, April 15). The story was very well-written that I was completely engrossed in it and felt it real.

It is true that sometimes in life, accidents occur that leave their impression forever. They might have strong relations with us and come to mind often.

Life is a journey where uncertain things happen, but we should act strong to face and handle the situation bravely.
