@Moiz sheikh this is the problem seeing relegion everywhere superficially. You need not worry about someone else's piety if you're tempted that easily by someone else eating then you are the problem

Then why criticise India over beef ban ? It is only one item and was agreed by all when Constitution was drafted and adopted by the Parliament with 100% voting.

Nobody can fast in 50 degrees heat and it's between God and a person.

I am insulin dependent diabetic - I don't fast. So if I need to eat is this a crime? Government creating crazy rules which also undermine religious dispensatio.

This is not proper way , if poor workers are working to feed their family and unable to fast how is it justice to fine them. Then govt should pay at least 15000 to every poor workers during Ramadan so they will be able to practice fast.

Oh for goodness sake. It's between a person and his Creator. This was never a problem in the 70's and 80's.

@lodhi French government has already banned veils.
Anything else?
People should have common sense to respect a country's laws and not eat/drink at least in front of others during Ramadan. There is nothign wrong with it and I don't think it requires too much of an effort either.
