KARACHI: Young pugilists of the city will compete for honours when the four-day Sindh Sports Board (SSB) Ramazan boxing contest takes place in the three districts of the city from June 21 to 24.

According to an announcement, the event will commence at the Begum Nusrat Bhutto community hall district West on June 21.

This will be followed by second competition at Sharafi Star boxing club Korangi, Malir, on June 22.

The two-day third and the last event takes place at Young Lyari boxing club district South on June 23 and 24.

Under-14 and under-16 pugilists will compete in 36 kg, 38 kg, 40 kg, 42 kg, 44 kg, 46 kg, 48 kg, and 50 kg.

The event is being held under the aegis of the Sindh Boxing Association.
