LAHORE: Music always plays a key role in the success of a film at the box office. Celluloid sweets beyond doubt apply this code to get the desired results.

The music launch of an upcoming Urdu movie Ishq Wala Love at the Lahore Press Club on Tuesday was reflective of the fact that catchy playback voices and good music give an extra leap to the film. The two songs of the film released to the media had really full of impact playback voices. The film is being released on Aug 14.

At the launch, male and female leads of the movie, director and producer and last but not the least RJ Jazzy also spoke.

Hanan Sameed, the male lead, said, “Though the movie is not so different but the director has tried to show the lost realism in this film.” To Mr Sameed, the film music is good and catchy and the film borders more on actually being a drama, but with a slightly realistic approach to life and relationships. Mahi Khan, the female lead, said she believed that her role was versatile and challenging.

Director Imran Adeeb was optimistic about the success of the film.

“The film theme that of a triangle love story was difficult to handle but we have put best of our efforts in the film,” he said. The film has been directed by Imran Adeeb and produced by Nasir Abbas. The writer of the film, Nasir Adeeb, needs no introduction; he is iconic when it comes to film writing in Pakistan. The music has been composed by Sanwal Khan, while the other cast includes Ali Tabish, Raheela Agha and Anwar Ali. The film was shot in Pakistan at places such as Kaghan, Naraan and Bahawalpur.
