KARACHI: Kamran Bashir cruised past Usama Saeed 6-2, 6-1 in the mens singles while Ibad-ur-Rahman got the better of Hasnain Khurram 6-5,6-1 in the under-15 singles at the the 51st edition of Sindh Sports Development Series tennis championship which started at the Union Club on Tuesday.

Apart from Kaachi players, a large number of participants from Jamshoro and Hyderabad districts are also competing in the tournament.

Results:

Men’s singles (1st round): Kamran Bashir bt Usama Saeed 6-2,6-1

U-11 singles (1st round): Hassan Jamal bt Muhammad Humza 8-0 Zain M Ali bt Ibrahim Noman 8-6

U-13 singles (1st round): Ibrahim Nouman bt Taha Aman 6-3, 2-6, 10-5

U-15 singles (1st round): Ibad-ur -Rahman bt Hasnain Khurram 6-5, 6-1.
