Turbat Nadra

Published July 31, 2017

THIS is in response to the letter regarding NADRA’s Turbat centre (June 14).

The Regional Head Office, Balochistan, was notified by the National and Data Registration Authority (Nadra) headquarters of this letter, and a comprehensive inquiry was conducted to investigate the matter.

The Nadra Turbat office processes an average of 150 applicants a day on par with the top performing centres in the country.

Currently under monitoring by Nadra headquarters, the Turbat office entertains without discrimination of any kind all applicants visiting the centre. There have been no reported internet disconnection issues, as the centre is equipped with a functional backup power generator. There has been no reported issue of mismanagement by staff, either by the complainant or other applicants visiting the centre.
