SKARDU: Skardu incidents flayed

SKARDU, Aug 21: Northern Areas Deputy Chief Executive Haji Fida Mohammad Nashad and Home Department Secretary Saeed Ahmad Khan have expressed sorrow over the recent incidents of ransacking government and public properties.

Speaking to reporters at a press briefing here on Thursday, they warned the miscreants of strict action saying that there was no justification for the ransacking.

They said that the incidents had badly affected all developmental activities and flow of tourists to the area.

The officials said that all out efforts were being made to resolve the issues regarding the syllabus and admission to colleges.—APP
