ABBOTTABAD: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD), Hazara region, arrested a wanted terrorist in a raid here on Tuesday.

Asif alias Kashi of Buttle area of Mansehra was allegedly involved in attack on NGO World Vision in 2010, in which seven people were killed six injured.

According to a CTD press note, the accused also known as Moavia was nominated in the case filed on March 10, 2010 under section 302, 324, 427, 148 and 149 of PPC.

The alleged terrorist was shifted to unknown place for further interrogation.

Police claimed that it was a major breakthrough which would lead to arrest of other wanted terrorists.
