QUETTA: Three people were killed and four others suffered injuries in four incidents in different parts of Balochistan on Sunday.

According to police, unidentified people opened fire on two men in the Chief Chowk area of Kharan town, killing one on the spot and leaving the other injured.

After receiving information about the incident, a police team rushed to the area and shifted the body and the injured to the district hospital.

The deceased was identified as Wali Khan and the injured as Waheed Khan.

The motive behind the attack could not be ascertained.

In Mach town of Bolan district, a man — identified as Yaqoob Sasoli — was attacked when he was going to a coalmine area.

Sources said he received multiple bullet injuries and died on the spot.

The Levies force is investigating the incident.

Meanwhile, a man was gunned down in Gda Ghara area of Jhal Magsi.

Levies officials said that unidentified people opened fire on the man whose identity could not be ascertained.

A clash between two groups in Chetar area of Nasirabad district left three people injured.
