SWABI: The body of a missing person was found, while a man was shot dead in separate incidents here on Tuesday, police said.

The body of Khalid Khan, who had been missing for last seven days, was found in Baja village. Registering FIR against unidentified killers, the victim’s mother told police that he had told her that he was going to Gadoon Amazai Industrial Estate along with some friends but he did not return. She said they had no enmity with anyone.

The police registered a case and started investigation. In the other incident, a man was killed in Maneri village. Registering FIR in the city police station, Gul Zar, brother of the deceased, Hayatullah, said that three year back son of one Mir Aman was killed by unidentified people but his family had alleged that he was killed by Hayatullah.

Seeking revenge for the killing of his son, Mir Aman and Rehman Bahadar opened fire, killing his brother on the spot, the complainant said.

Police said they were investigating the incident.
