TAXILA: Director Arid Agriculture University Attock campus Dr Zohiar Husnain said the provincial government had released Rs890 million for the establishment of a sub-campus in the district.

He was talking to newsmen here on Saturday. Assistant Commissioner Marziya Saleem was also present.

Dr Husnain said at present the sub-campus was functioning at the Government Postgraduate College Attock. The sub-campus will soon get its own building to be built over 3,000 kanals. He said the new campus would help produce agriculture experts who would play a vital role in the development of the sector.
