Sukkur Press Club election

SUKKUR: Jawed Memon and Nasrullah Waseer were declared elected as the president and general secretary, respectively, of the Sukkur Press Club for the year 2017-18 in the election held on Sunday.

All candidates belonging to the Progressive Journalists Panel defeated their respective rivals fielded by the Democratic Panel for other offices and governing body seats. A total of 130 club members cast their vote in the election.
