If fully equipped ambulance was called to transport secretary to the hospital there were chances to save Mr Saqib.

He was a man of rare breed, always committed to his job and also died in the line of duty. His untimely loss will always be felt in PQA. May his soul rest in eternal peace.
On the other hand, it is astonishing that institution like Parliament had no available Ambulance to cater any medical emergency. Had there been any, a precious life could have been saved.
