KARACHI: The regular training in the national hockey camp begins from Tuesday, a spokesman for the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) said on Monday.
The probables invited by the PHF started arriving at the Abdul Sattar Edhi Hockey Stadium since Monday morning.
The camp has been set-up in preparation for a hectic international schedule that begins with the Commonwealth Games being held at Gold Coast, Australia, from April 4 to 15.
The Commonwealth Games will be followed by Champions Trophy in The Netherlands, the Asian Games at Jakarta and finally the World Cup in India.
Ex-Olympian Hasan Sardar will assume new role as manager/head coach and will be assisted by Mohammad Saqlain and Rehan Butt.
