SWABI: A six-year-old boy has been allegedly sexually assaulted by a 15-year-old boy here in Zaida area, according to police.

Zaida police station officials said that the incident occurred two days after the confirmation of Yar Hussain incident where a six-year-old girl was raped by a boy. The fresh incident occurred in jurisdiction of Zaida police station. The family of the child hails from Rahatabad, a locality of Zaida union council. Both victim and accused are said to be neighbours.

According to the police, the ill-fated man came to know about the incident when he saw his son bleeding. On his asking, the child told him about the incident and the name of the boy allegedly involved in the heinous act.

Registering an FIR, Asad Khan told police that one Wisal Khan took his inside his home and committed the crime. Officials said that the medical report had confirmed assault on the innocent child. Police said that they arrested the suspect during a raid on his house and during preliminary investigations he had confessed to the crime.

The victim has been under treatment in Bacha Khan Medical Complex, Shahmansoor.

Meanwhile, police said that the medical report of the suspect in Yar Husain incident was still awaited.
