CHAKWAL: Two persons were killed in road accidents, police sources said on Sunday.

The fi rst incident took place on the Motorway near Kallar Kahar where a mini-truck overturned. The driver died on the spot while his helper was injured.

The second incident took place on Chakwal-Sohawa Road where Shahroz Ahmed, 22, a resident of Thanil Fatohi village, was killed when a car hit his motorcycle. The deceased was returning from Takia Shahmurad village after dropping his wife at her parents’ house. Shahroz had married just three weeks ago.
